This stuff really does make a difference in how you feel after soaking in the tub 20 minutes. I've tried all the different "flavors" from Dr. Teal and this is the only one that I can tell a marked difference in my pain and energy level. I have arthritis and pinched nerves in my neck and lower back and terrible muscle spasms and this stuff is miraculous. It also smells amazing. But $10 for a 3 lb bag is LUDICROUS!! It's only $3.99 at our local Wegman's. I was hoping to find a good price on Amazon so I wouldn't have to have my husband go to the store to pick it up for me, but this price is outrageous.
